TimeWise Course Options
-
What makes TimeWise different from other courses?TimeWise is built on a proven, brain-based framework and focuses on executive function skills. It’s not just about managing a schedule - it’s about understanding how your brain works and building habits that support long-term success.
-
How long does it take to complete TimeWise? The TimeWise course is 9 hours in total, usually delivered in 1 hour per week over 9 weeks. It can also be adapted into shorter or longer sessions to suit your needs. The 9 hours must be completed within a 5 month period. Coaching sessions are delivered separately usually in 1-hour blocks and can be added as needed for additional support. Please contact me to discuss a schedule that works best for you.
-
Can a parent or guardian attend the TimeWise course with a teen/student?Yes! If you’re aged 14–17, we recommend that the same parent or guardian attends each session with you. It’s a great way to support your progress and build a shared understanding. There’s a small additional cost to cover the second workbook.
-
Is TimeWise beneficial for those with ADHD?Absolutely. ADHD often involves a delay in the development of executive function skills - typically around 30% behind age peers. This can make it more challenging to manage time, stay organised, plan ahead, and follow through. TimeWise is designed with this in mind. We use brain-based, practical strategies that align with how the ADHD brain experiences time, focus, and task initiation. With visual tools, routines, and step-by-step approaches, TimeWise offers structure and flexibility that can make a real difference - without adding pressure.
-
Is TimeWise beneficial for those with Dyslexia?Yes - very much so. While Dyslexia primarily affects reading and language processing, it often overlaps with executive function challenges like working memory, organisation, and time awareness. TimeWise provides clear, structured, and visual strategies that reduce overwhelm and support planning, task management, and routine-building. The program helps learners better understand how their brain works and use that awareness to develop habits that support success - in school, at work, and in everyday life.
-
I have more than one teen - can they do the course together, and is there an extra charge?Absolutely! We’re happy to work with siblings at the same time. There will be an additional cost to cover materials.
-
Do I need any materials to complete the course? No! We provide everything you need -including a workbook to support you throughout the course. You’re welcome to purchase additional materials to support your new skills, but that’s completely optional and not required for the sessions.
-
Can I add coaching sessions during or after the course?Yes! One-to-one coaching sessions are available during or after the course to help you set goals, personalise your strategies, and get the most from your LifeWise experience.
-
Is there a money back guarantee?Yes! If you don’t feel the course is right for you after the first session, we’ll refund the remaining fee (excluding the cost of the workbook).
-
I have another question that isn’t listed here - what should I do?No problem! Feel free to email me at emma@betimewise.ie or call +353 86 604 9011 - I’m happy to help with any questions you have.
